Notes: Resumen: In this paper the author describes establishment of the record office of the Croatiam parliament in the period 1990-2003. Two archival fonds are keeping in the archives of the Croatian parliament: archival documentation of the Parliament of the People´s republic of Croatia 1953-1990 and archival documentation of the Parliamente after 1990. Documentation is organized in the order of parliamentary sessions. It is essencial to decide and control which documentation needs to be preserved permanently and which has to be eliminated.
